We are sure that the all new Adreno Mens Abrolhos 5mm Two Piece Spearfishing Wetsuit ranks amongst the very best open-cell spearing wetties of all time and it’s certainly one of the warmest – but we didn’t just work on warmth, oh no, from your very first dive you’re gonna be amazed by the performance, and on your 1000th dive you’re going be amazed by the durability. We’ve been making spearfishing wetsuits for over a decade and diving for decades before that, over that time we’ve learnt a thing or ten about what goes into a top-tier wetsuit and how to exceed your expectation of durability and performance – the Abrolhos range is the product of that and is specifically designed for cold-water diving, as compared to our other latest offering, the Ascension. These two-piece spearfishing suits combine Glued and Blind Stitched Seams with our most flexible rubber yet with an open-cell internal lining and durable yet shockingly stretchy external jersey – printed in our proprietary Ascension camo.

We’ve worked hard to build in a tonne of features that concrete this suit as our best on yet including a camera mounting sleeve on the hood, dual utility pockets, an oversize supratex front panel that protects your front torso from tearing, either from contact with a rock or gun-loading – especially ideal for hip loaders who are normally loading straight on the jersey. We went with a thicker-than-usual loading pad in a denser material than in the past to keep the buoyancy low. Like all good 2 Piece Spearing Wetsuits we opted for a beaver tail with button anchors.

Adreno Abrolhos 3.0mm Diving Gloves

The Adreno Abrolhos 3.0mm Diving Gloves are a fleece lined and GBS sealed spearfishing glove with a tonne of stretch and anti-slip palms and fingers. The fleece lining boosts the warmth, makes them dry faster and makes getting them on and off a breeze. Ultra-hardy glued and blind-stitched seams means these gloves are free of pin-holing in the manufacturing process, making them ideal for cold water diving – furthermore, the elastic glued and blind-stitching allows the seam to expand more than the heavy stitching of flatlock seams. A GBS seam was a no-brainer as the neoprene itself has huge stretch factor we wanted to make sure we weren’t limiting that with the seam.

To ensure durability we laid bulletproof Supratex along the palm and fingers, a woven HDPE mesh with unrivaled anti-abrasion properties. It’s stretchy, resilient and is the ideal material for contact with rough surfaces – but not everything is grippy so we adhered a bunch of anti-slip material to give you ample grip for handling your gun, fish and boat ladders etc. It just happens to look like a skeleton…

Adreno Abrolhos 3.0mm Diving Socks

The Adreno Abrolhos 3.0mm Diving Socks are a fleece lined and GBS sealed fin sock that excels in a fin or on the deck. We’ve lined most of the sock with a fleece lining for more warmth, quicker drying and easier access. Around the cuffs we’ve removed the fleece and added a tacky smoothskin lining that seals against the lower-leg which greatly reduces the inflow of cold water.

Ultra-hardy glued and blind-stitched seams means these boots are free of pin-holing in the manufacturing process, making them ideal for cold water diving – furthermore, the elastic glued and blind-stitching allows the seam to expand more than the heavy stitching of flatlock seams.
